A credit card number is required to confirm the booking.

In case of cancellation less than 36 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show, one night-stay per room will be charged on your credit card. Fair dates different !

Check-in time is from 14:00 hrs & check-out until 12:00 hrs.

Note that children age 10 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.

This rate includes: Accommodation All taxes Booking conditions: No online payment! Amount to be settled directly at the hotel. Free cancellation up to 36 hours before arrival. Cancellation Policy This policy defines how to handle cancellations If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. Deposit Policy This defines the policy for prepayment/deposit requirements. No deposit will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds. If you do not want to offer extra beds at all, please use the bed type "no extra beds available". All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged AED 100 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. The maximum age of children (currently 11) that can stay for free in a room will automatically correspond to the child age set in the room configuration In the room configuration you can specify the amount of children that can stay in the room for free. Internet This describes what type of internet is available, in which location in the hotel and at what cost. Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 50 per 24 hours. Wi-fi is available in public areas and costs AED 10 per hour. Meal Plan This policy defines the breakfast and meal plan. Note that the system defines half board as shortcut for breakfast and dinner, full board as shortcut for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Buffet breakfast costs AED 25 per person per night. Parking This specifies if parking is available at the hotel, if it is on the street or in a (secure) parking garage and what the costs are. Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). Pets This policy defines if pets are allowed or not. Pets are not allowed.
